Terms and Conditions
These conditions form the agreement between you and Mr Fortune whenever you open an account, place a wager, or otherwise use this website. Registration confirms that you have read them and accept them in full.
Licensing and scope
Mr Fortune is operated under licence MGA/B2C/445/2017 granted by the Malta Gaming Authority, and the agreement between us is construed in accordance with Maltese law.
Access is unavailable in jurisdictions where remote gaming is prohibited or where our licence does not extend. Determining the legality of participation from your own location remains your responsibility, and using proxies or VPN services to disguise that location is a breach of this agreement.
We may revise these conditions to reflect regulatory developments or changes to the platform. Continued use after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Account registration and verification
One account is permitted per person, household, IP address, and shared device. Duplicate registrations are consolidated or closed, and any advantage obtained through them is reversed.
All details supplied must be accurate and kept current. Accounts registered under a false name, or funded by a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, will not receive payouts.
Verification checks may be requested at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any later point. Pending withdrawals are held until the requested documentation has been reviewed and approved.
Deposits, withdrawals, and dormancy
Funds must originate from an account in your own name. Where practicable, withdrawals are returned to the method last used for depositing in order to comply with anti-money-laundering rules.
Depositing and then requesting a withdrawal without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to move funds through the platform, and processing fees incurred in such cases may be recovered from the balance.
Where no login occurs for twelve consecutive months, the account is classified as dormant and a monthly administrative charge may be applied to any remaining balance, subject to the ceilings permitted by our licence.
Bonuses and promotional play
Every offer carries its own qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, maximum stake while a bonus is active, expiry window, and list of excluded games. These specific terms sit alongside this document and prevail where they conflict with it.
Low-risk or near-equal betting patterns intended to convert bonus credit into withdrawable funds without genuine exposure constitute abuse. So does coordinated play between linked accounts.
Where abuse is established, Mr Fortune may cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it while returning the player's own deposited funds.
Malfunctions, liability, and complaints
Games are supplied by independent studios and outcomes are produced by certified random number generators. Any round affected by a demonstrable software or communications failure is void, and stakes for that round are refunded.
Our aggregate liability in connection with your use of the service is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises. We are not answerable for losses caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party payment provider.
Complaints should first be raised with our support team, which aims to respond substantively within eight working days. Matters left unresolved may be escalated to the Malta Gaming Authority or to an approved alternative dispute resolution body, whose decision we undertake to honour.

This page presents the operating terms of Mr Fortune in plain language for the convenience of players. Where any inconsistency arises with our licensing conditions, the applicable Maltese legislation, or the specific rules published for an individual promotion, those provisions take precedence.
